Melissa's Chugwater Chili (and cider)

Chugwater Chili

2lbs ground beef brown and drain fat
3TB Chugwater Chili mix (more or less to taste) or use chili power and chop up some onion!
1 15oz can of tomato sauce and water
2 cans of pinto beans, I use one can of pinto and one can of kidney (Do not drain the beans)
Add all ingredients and bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, Frito's, green onions, crackers or what ever your heart desires!
Apple Cider
64 oz jug of apple juice, I use Mott's Natural pressed (It looks cloudy in the jug)
1/2-1 orange cut in rings
5-10 whole cloves
4-5 cinnamon sticks; plus more for serving
You can adjust the orange, cloves and cinnamon to taste if you like stronger cider!
Hint: you can buy spice bags and put the cloves and cinnamon sticks in the bag so people don't get them in their glass
Crock pot: Put all ingredients in and turn on high till hot then turn to low.
Stove top: combine all ingredients and bring to a biol then reduce heat to low.
